Kenny was very thorough in his assessment, outlined different options, and answered my questions so that I could make a confident and informed decision to move forward. He and his sales manager were also very patient while I worked to get my credit unlocked for the financing portion (I was very thorough in locking down access and it took a week to get it resolved)!Hector and his installation team arrived on schedule, were courteous and efficient. They worked hard to keep me informed, to keep my home as comfortable as possible during installation and, they didn't mind my curious golden retriever or my less-than-enthusiastic bulldog.
