Patrick was very prompt when I made an emergency call on a Sunday morning for a broken water line. He explained what he thought the problem was, checked it out thoroughly and confirmed it. I authorized the repairs and he made the repairs in a very timely manner showing me the broken material as well as the new material he used to repair the break. He was very professional in his appearance, his explanation of the work and explained the warranty on his work as well.
