Best Boiler Repair in San Antonio TX

Called four times within a week to notify them that I had a water leak. First time I spoke to a rep, they told my if I was sure and to just monitor the water meter. Called a couple of days later, rep told me that I was going to get a call back - never happened. Called again and same thing - no call back. Today, called again, rep says that a tech would come out in the afternoon, never showed up. Spent the day waiting - not even a phone call to say that they wouldn't make it out.. Very poor service. My house is still under warranty.

Will's installed a gas tankless water heater for me five years ago and I have loved it. It needed servicing so Albert returned from a few years' back to change the filter and clean the burners. Everything went smoothly and I am good for another 5 years on the burners. Will's is an expert Rinnai service company. Professional, friendly, and very clear communication on the process and costs.

The best plumber ever......

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

I have had a chronic root problem in recent years. Had a number of Plumbing companies (three actually) come by, clean out the roots, then come back and do the same treatment once or twice a year. After doing a bit more research, and now owning a blocked, colapsed pipe, I was then looking for a plumbing company I felt would come up with a more permanent solution. Upon recommendation from a good friend I discovered A&A Plumbing. From the first visit, Kyle did an extensive inspection of our house, pointed out problems in a manner which I could totally comprehend, then potential solutions. Kyle did an outstanding job and together we came up with a solid, long term solution at a cost that was more than reasonable . David was next on sight to begin executing the solution. I cannot say enough about his efforts from beginning to end along with Dale's. Professional, in their approach, outcome and my resulting satisfaction. Suffice it to say, this is way it's supposed to work, and this job required one heck of a lot effort. They not only repaired major problems in a 55 year old house, but ensured all systems involved were brought up to code along the way and likely now work better than ever.Thank You A&A Plumbing.
