We called roto rooter because of their reputation and so we decided to give them a chance. Our experience was highly satisfactory. We had antonio as our technician and he was great and at the end got the job done. He was very patient when answering all my questions and not once did he seem bothered or annoyed. I cannot attest to their work as we did not receive service from them because we did not make it past scheduling. They do not work weekends, which is fine, but they will also not give you any time slot until the night before. In my opinion this is very unusual and honestly unacceptable. Most people are not able to give less than a 24 hour notice to their work or prior commitments. Will not be calling 2nd opinion plumbing in the future.
