Our homeowners insurance had initially turned us down to cover any amount of our plumbing project, but William advocated on our behalf and got some of the project covered to our great surprise. The plumbing project we had done was extensive, but we felt we were adequately educated regarding what was going on and their patience to answer every single question we had was impressive. They really took their time to make sure we were comfortable with proceeding, we felt they were upfront and honest with us and weren't trying to cheat us. They kept the project proceeding quickly which we appreciated so much and even came back out a few weeks after to fill the access hole after it had sunk in some from heavy rains. Follow through was greatly appreciated as well.Will's All Pro customer service is very cordial and easy to navigate their phone lines, I appreciate being able to speak to someone instead of going through a phone tree.
