The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Antonio Alicea performed plumbing work for me today changing a handle on my hot water tank. I live in a condo and the water to the whole condo was off. I had to wait until 5pm before the water was turned back on. When I turned the water on there was not one leak!! He was very professional, nice, and accommodating. Cleaned up his work area and left it the way it was when he came.I highly recommend him!! If ever I need a plumber he will be the plumber I call!!
