The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Need your AC fixed? Call these guys. Unfortunately one guy they sent (who no longer works for them) didn't do the right work. So today they sent a tech named Brayne and he properly cleaned and fixed our system so it works again (even found the exit pipe the last guy couldn't find). Thanks Brayne and FAST
