We needed a completely new air conditioning system and FAST of Florida came out quickly, gave us a quote and scheduled the installation. It was a big job, so it took a few days, but Antonio, Kaleib, Brian, Roberto and Jijuan worked through the scorching heat to install the system. It works great, and each one of the guys did their bit to pull it all together. They were a great team!

Shawn arrived on time as promised, examined our old water heater and agreed with me that it was no longer functional. He gave me dollar estimates for several replacement options. Using the one we selected, he returned a bit later with a new water heater and removed the old one, installed the new one in about an hour. He did an excellent job, explaining as he went what he was doing, which I appreciated. We are very pleased to have a new water heater providing lots of hot water.

Ordered a door that was delivered to us from Home Depot. Have been trying to get the door installed for a month now. We get a different story each time and are told information we were not told previously. On Oct 11 we paid for the door installation in full ($1100) was told we would get a call and get scheduled for a new door in 48 hours. Today is the 19th - we are still waiting for that phone call with a door laying in my living room waiting for install. Disappointing, i am not used to this type of service from home depot.
