This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I had a fairly urgent leak from the water supply valves to my washer. I had contacted other companies for days and never heard back or was given the run around. I reached out to Rescue Plumbing and left a voicemail. I received a phone call within 15 minutes asking more questions about the issue and to send in pictures. After sending in the photos, Herb was able to quote me via text because I was at work and ensured he could fit me in today. Herb managed to fit me in 3 hours later, fixed the problem and even quoted some other services that we needed done. Herb was professional, on time, responsive and extremely helpful. I will be having more work done next week and I will be telling everyone I know, they should also use Rescue Plumbing.
