Called them because garbage disposal was not working and their name was in the sticker on the disposal as thenpeople who installled it. Was quoted a $49 service call to fix or $277 replacement which I agreed to. Tech came and used an allen wrench to twist the jam open in all of 30 seconds (should have done it myself but I didnt know) and charged me $93! Expensive lesson learned. Yes, he was courteous but I feel ripped off. Would have gladly paid the $49 service call fee but the add on, even if warranted killed future business prospects. I will never use them ever again. And it earned them this review. Killed the gooose for the proverbial golden egg.

Shawn arrived on time as promised, examined our old water heater and agreed with me that it was no longer functional. He gave me dollar estimates for several replacement options. Using the one we selected, he returned a bit later with a new water heater and removed the old one, installed the new one in about an hour. He did an excellent job, explaining as he went what he was doing, which I appreciated. We are very pleased to have a new water heater providing lots of hot water.

Robert John was the best technician and we were pleased with his knowledge and being able to answer all of our questions.

Mike was great! He was extremely responsive, gave us a quote up front, did great work— a literal treat to work with especially in our current construction market! Highly recommend.
