The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Super duper quick BRAVO☆☆☆☆☆ I also want to personally thank Doug and his assistant (I didn't catch her name) for making me feel much better during this crazy and stressful time! What a GREAT job!

When you need a plumber, Apex is who you call. They communicate very well and show up on time. Very knowledgeable people who aren't trying to take advantage. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
