The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Guys came out within quoted time. Friendly, courteous, polite, and every other compliment you can think of. They definitely know what they are doing, explains every step of the process and answers all questions without a problem. The price was decent, too.

Yesterday we experienced a back up in our tub and poor drainage. Lots of gross stuff came up. After calling Roto Rooter 2 hrs later Kyle and Dan came out for maybe 20 mins and basically said everyting was fine. Was charged 140$.Today we encountered the same issue.Calling the company back we were promptly greeted by field Supervisor Scott McAuley and Service tech Scott Bowers.Both were excellent. Not only did they check and resolve the issue which was an old blockage but they were very informative in how we can prevent further issues.Thank you Bowers for being a great sport and getting the work done and to McAuley for stepping in to address the issue with Kyle and Dan just dismissing the issue and not even trying.Will definately be requesting Bowers for any future visits.Thank!
