Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. Roman was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had an original quote from a chain company to replace my shower diverter, got a second opinion from him and he did it for less than half their quote. Very quick and clean work. Wore shoe coverings in the home. Cleaned up. Explained everything he did and pointed out precautionary measures I could take to avoid future issues there and elsewhere. Family owned. Highly recommend

Unresponsive on multiple occasions for following up on work that was done as well as not even calling back for a service request message. They did our initial installation for heating and plumbing when we built our house which has been a problem since pretty much immediately after building. I highly recommend considering them with caution and shopping around.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
