Air conditioner broke at the worst possible time (of course) and he came out the next morning. On time, AWESOME with my dogs, and gave a clear estimate and the option to replace without a hard sell. He was done super fast and gave great advice for going forward. Fantastic repair experience - highly recommend!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Cities 1 Plumbing always comes in clutch. They are there for you at the drop of a dime. Even when they are backed up, if it is an emergency they make it happen. Cities 1 is like having a handy father in law to save your butt when you are in a pinch. Definitely the top plumber in Minneapolis/St. Paul. You can look around and try and find a better plumber in the Twin cities... But you won't.

I have used Alberts plumbing on three separate occasions, two of them being emergency leaks, one water heater the other a kitchen drainage pipe. In both emergencies, someone was out at our house within the hour. The quality is great, but the responsiveness and quick turnaround is why I will continue to use and refer this company to my family and friends.
