Best Water Damage Prevention in Saint Paul MN

We had Master Plumbing Services, LLC came and replaced a water heater in January. After some miscommunication with our home warranty service provider, we were able to get service the next day. Everything completely installed and finished in one day.

I really appreciated the calls every so often to let me know about the backup of appointments and delay of service, d/t to the extreme cold.That in itself says a lot about this business.Darrell was courteous and very knowledgeable, even giving me some'tips' about the garbage disposal. (I had a clogged floor drain my utility room)Definitely would use Roto-Rooter again. Thank you so much.Plus he was careful not to let the cat out ! LOL

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Thomas showed up on time. Was very knowledgeable and communicated well. Looked at issue (leaking shutoff valve on water main), explained his conclusions and discussed several options for choices. Did the job well, left area very clean, explained and demonstrated what he had done. Excellent work and service, very great job in communicating. Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

Mike is wonderful to work with. I had a leak that was taken care of same day-he fixed it and also made it “future proof” so if something goes wrong in the future it is easy to replace

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.
