Andrew (Tech #2766) was awesome!He arrived within 15 minute of my call to Roto Rooter. Covered his shoes when he came in, talked me through the whole process and gave me tips on how to be proactive to prevent issues in the future which I’ve passed along to my friends.I hope I can have Andrew back when I proactively clean out the sewer drain in a couple years.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

I wish they would have sent Brian the first time. He was able to replace my shower balance from the front without having any tile work done or a big remodel plate installed

I would highly recommend RTSR based on my recent experience with a clogged drain because they provided prompt service at what felt like a very reasonable price. Cory in their office was helpful in getting me set up within a day. Frank, their technician, was on time, professional, and very helpful in explaining (and showing me) what the problem was. He also suggested a resource to help me resolve the underlying problem causing the clog. If I was dealing with any type of drain or plumbing problem in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call these folks. Again, highly recommended...:-)

Dave and Matt were outstanding! We had an electrical fire with our old water heater. Hero came out quoted several thousand more than White Bear Plumbing. Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. Eric is the best of all plumbers I’ve ever used. He’s professional knowledgeable wise friendly and gives the best service. He deserves a big promotion and the company deserves a big shout!

Rescue Sewer and Drain did a fantastic job. They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend them! Ramon installed a new bathroom faucet. He was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and left no mess behind.

Alto was referred to me by another customer. So I set up appointment, I'm gonna cut to the chase. I was charged $250 for the first 90 mins and $175 per hour after, and I was told it would be $2 per additional foot to run the snake beyond 100 feet. He ran the snake an additional 50 feet. I paid almost $800. I had to call another company out to actually clear out the wipes stuck in the drain. They charged $198 and actually unclogged the drain.
I spoke with the person that referred me to Alto, whose opinion I trust because he is knowledgeable, I explained to him what Rick did and what he charged me...he couldn't believe it and was not happy as that's not what Alto even charges for multi dwelling plumbing issues.
I'm told they get commission..I guess being a woman that doesn't know much about plumbing, Rick decided I would be his target that day.
The person that referred me is going to try and help me recoup some of the money back, he felt really bad, and has not had this type of experience(work or price) with Alto before, and knows who Rick is.
All it takes is 1 person/employee to give a business a bad reputation.
Due to the experience I had with Alto, I will not recommend this company, and I advised the person that referred me(even though he meant well) not to refer them.
