My house's plumbing system needed emergency service on Mother's Day evening around 7 PM. The gentleman who provided service (David W) arrived quickly to the emergency and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner in a professional way. David answered all my questions as he went along his business and professionally cleaned up at the end of the call. He met every expectation I could have. I couldn't ask for anything more. We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

We needed some help with a couple drains in our home that were backing up. A friend told us about Ron the Sewer Rat so we gave them a try. Lee showed up on time and did a great job of gently snaking out our basement and kitchen drains. He took great care in the work he did and made sure to clean up when he was finished. Very satisfied.
