We got an estimate from Jeff yesterday, accepted it, and our new water heater was installed today. All of the folks we dealt with were very proficient and professional, making sure to be very thorough in their installation and explanations. They all certainly know what they are doing! They were all very careful to keep our floors clean and dry, and not a scrap of debris was left anywhere! We would be very happy to recommend Rumpca to anyone! In fact, we are now waiting for an estimate for new furnace and A/C.

Nick was able to come over the same day, did a quick evaluation, let me know all of my options for repairs versus installing a new toilet. This toilet was very old so I preferred to have it replaced. He was able to do this immediately and was done with the job in an hour. Toilet works wonderful. Also a nice guy

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Bill was fun to talk to, knew his stuff and gave us several practical options on how to resolve our HVAC problems. Our furnace died this morning and Apollo was able to get Bill to our home within 3 hours of our calling them. I highly recommend Apollo for HVAC needs.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). When I called Cities1Plumbing, I spoke with Emily, who was professional and so kind as I was upset and frantic about issues with my home. I was immediately put in touch with Dan who came out to our house with urgency and calmly explained everything to me in such an amazingly clear way. Cities1 saved our home. He addressed problems with ease and was so amazingly professional. I can't say enough about them. I highly recommend!
