We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

I was impressed by the whole process from beginning to the end. I received good customer service when setting up the appointment. Follow up communication was spot on and job itself was done to my satisfaction. These guys are reasonably priced and definitely good at what they do. They are very professional, efficient, fast, and know exactly what it takes to get the job done.I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them next time I need an expert plumber to fix or install anything at my place.I had to call these guys the second time because of a leak issue with the previous job they had done. I left a message on the weekend and they called me back right away on Monday morning to schedule a plumber to come and look at the issue. Technician fixed the problem and had to stay couple of extra hours to help replace another leaky pipe behind the wall. It would have costed me a lot of money to get anyone else to come look at it. Guy cut the wall to access the the leaky pipe, detected the problem and gave me a super reasonable quote. I was very pleased with the finished job and intend to use the same company for a thorough pipe cleaning in near future.These folks take pride in the kind of work they do and I got to experience that 1st hand. I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Amazing customer service! Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Something that has been a problem for 6 months (and that we had tried to fix on our own) was diagnosed and fixed in like 15 minutes by the skilled plumber. If you need interior or exterior plumbing repairs or installation, definitely contact Pure Plumbing!

My experience with John was outstanding, he came on time and jumped right onto the problem. He answered and said he'd get to me soon. I told him there was no hurry but he came as promised the next day right on time. He quickly dismantled and removed the old heater and professionally installed the new quality appliance.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

My old water heater broke, so I did what I normally do with this sort of thing and went down to Home Depot to get a new one, planning to watch YouTube videos and figure it out. But after looking at what the job would entail, seeing that there was going to be both solder and gas lines involved, I decided to call in a professional. Jake found time on a Saturday evening to come by to do the job (with his son as his helper, a real family business). They looked over the job free of charge before beginning work, and after a five minute inspection they gave me the price I would pay. It was a little higher than they had said over the phone but there was an obsolete valve that needed replacing -- I Googled 'grease-pack ball valve' and it was totally legit. And the overall price was right.

They handled the job just under three hours and hauled my old unit out of the basement. The installation looks nice and professional. Nice guy, and it's clear that he loves his business -- would definitely trust him again for future work.
