Best Sewer Backup in Saint Paul MN

Let me start by saying the service was very good and the technician was great. What I am not happy about is that we called to see how much it would cost and they would not tell us coven a range. The technician would let us know when he got on site. So, we waited about 2-3 hours for the technician to arrive. He brought in his equipment and then told us it would cost 430 dollars. Regardless if they were there for 30 min or longer. So, we felt that we were trapped and kinda bait and catch. I know we could have had the sewer cleaning done for less after I got the price on site. This company should be able to tell you rough estimates based on this standard service. If someone were to ask me for a referral on needing this work done I would tell them they do a good job but you could probably get a more economical rate by another company.

Andrew did an excellent job cleaning out out main water line today! He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he accomplished at our home. A very nice gentleman with a positive attitude and very professional. Great Job!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. Easily the best plumbing/boiler service I have ever experienced. Jake came out the same day I called for a service need for my boiler. I asked if I could look over his shoulder and have him educate me on my system. He gladly explained how the system worked and how and what needed to be fixed, and then followed through with outstanding service. Very professional and affordable. Will be calling again with home repair needs.

My kids flushed a huge wad of TP down the toilet, which got stuck and froze in my line going to the septic. Majeski was able to come out with their water jet and cleared the line first try!

Would absolutely use Cichy’s again. Very honest, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. They did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line and we have no complaints! (and no more problems). Highly recommend!

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.
