Jerry made our day. He cares about his customers, very knowledgeable, and a witty character. I gained a lot of knowledge as first time septic owner and had great conversation as a bonus. Highly recommend for septic pumping!

We had two gas leaks in our pipes in the basement that Xcel Energy found. They shut off our gas so we felt urgent in finding someone to help and didn’t know what we were in for. After two companies didn’t want to take on the liability of fixing our gas pipes, Peter from MSP showed up quickly and inspected everything, worked out a plan, walked us through it and talked through worst case scenario so we understood. He scheduled a return at 8 the next morning to start work. He showed up on time, started work and got done a little earlier than we anticipated. He was able to dodge worst case scenario saving us thousands and he thoroughly tested the gas pressure and made sure there were no leaks. He also walked us through pricing and their care plan. I recommend Peter and MSP for repair work you can feel good about.

[Update 5/25] We had them out for a plumbing repair. Our technician, Huan, was fantastic - very diligent, really worked hard to try to diagnose our problem. Would definitely be happy to have him as our technician again.[Original post] I highly recommend Apollo - based on our experience they worked hard to ensure their work was done right. When an issue arose, they went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, and even fixed a little unrelated issue discovered during the repair because it was the right thing to do. That's the kind of company you want working on your heating & air conditioning.We contacted Apollo due to an issue we were having with our existing tankless hot water heater. Their sales rep, Bill, was punctual, very knowledgeable, and helped me understand the options we had for a replacement. When I did my own Internet research on available options, he helped me make sense of what I was looking at and which one made the most sense for our house. When I thought (incorrectly) a model was the right one, Bill didn't just assume the customer knows best, but helped me understand why he thought that wasn't the right unit for us and why a different model was better for our house - and he was absolutely right. (Protip: don't assume the S and A in the model number mean Stainless steel and Aluminum.)They were able to get the new unit and schedule the install quickly. Their installers were very professional and did a great job. The unit was working great, but a day later we noticed a faint gas odor. I texted Bill and he immediately got us back on their schedule. Their technician, Chris, did an outstanding job, working diligently to diagnose the problem. He found that the existing regulator that was used from the prior system had developed a very small leak. They got it replaced on the spot.When diagnosing the gas issue, Chris checked our gas fireplace and noticed something didn't look right (unrelated to the gas issue). He took a few minutes to fix that small issue because it was the right thing to do to avoid a problem down the road. That's the kind of service that makes for a long-term customer.Apollo did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them again.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

Minneapolis Plumbers did an excellent job and I could not be happier with the results. The original iron pipes in our hot water heating system were corroded and leaking badly. We had many contractors come out to offer us estimates because we weren't utilizing heat during the summer. Most gave us extremely high quotes and insisted on tearing out significant parts of our nearly century-old walls to replace the pipes. Since all the rust was revealed in the basement, Charly only had to replace and patch the exposed sections, and he was able to do it in a few hours at a very affordable cost. If I ever need plumbing or heating work done, I know who to call: Minneapolis Plumbers & Drain Cleaners..

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

DO NOT GET THE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EVIL COMPANY.

Recently our water pipe was leaking in our new house, and I saw their company's tag attached to the water pipe, so I called and get a quote of 126 for fixing it. The repair guy stopped by the first time and notice he forgot his part, so nothing was fixed in the first time (NOT MY FAULT). And the the guy came back the next day and spent 15 minutes fixing the pipe, and then at the end, he told me the bill is amount of approximately 250 dollars (NO ACTUAL STATEMENT GAVE TO ME). I asked why there was a such big gap between the quote from yesterday and what was actually billed to me, he could not tell me why and kept referring the amount was given by his company.

I called the company directly for many times to ask for the ACTUAL STATEMENT and the breakdown details, they WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. They kept calling me to ask my credit card information over the phone without giving me the actual details of the bill, so I refused to pay something so hideous, ridiculous, and unreasonable charges. And then they THREATEN me by saying sending the bill (WHICH I NEVER SEE SO FAR) to the collection.

I am not sure how many of you guys like me being treated unreasonably and threaten by this company. I will for sure have my lawyer talking to them for sending the bill that I never see and of the amount that I was not informed to the collection.
