Where is the button for zero stars? This company is a joke, bid quote is nowhere near reality. You can always screw someone over one time, I will never give them the opportunity to do it to me a second.

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

Rascher did a great job helping us replace a faucet for our kitchen sink. Very patient Plumber (Mark). Waited for me when I was late to meet him and worked hard on a tricky piping situation. We appreciate the excellent work!

Tyler and Nate (I believe that was his name) came today to give us an estimate on installing some plugs into a room and a diagnostic on some other issues. They showed up right on time (within their 3 hr window) and were very professional. Tyler was very detailed on his explanations of our issues and fixes, and made it easier for us to understand. He gave us as many options as he could to complete the tasks we asked for (which compiled as the day went on and he didn't even flinch!), and made us feel it would be done correctly and safely. We never felt pressured to do anything outside of what we asked for or to pay for anything we didn't request. As for the technicians, top notch! We ended our day with a bigger project planned of fixing multiple issues, so we haven't recieved the service yet but will be sure to update once completed!

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

Our water heater needed service on a Friday afternoon. I was able to speak to someone on the phone at Dan’s right away. They were at my house within 90 minutes. I was expecting cold showers all weekend- but Dans took care of the problem quickly and courteously! The technician was polite and knowledgeable.The visit was very affordable. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

Erik was on time, communicated the appropriate amount and oh yea, he was HALF as much as my first bid. He also did a great job of creating a plumbing solution for my 1920s home which required a maze of pipes. Fully recommend Erik and his team.

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Shows up first time, looks at the dishwasher and decides he'll have to comeback monday to tear up the walls. Charges $150 to do this look. Shows up late on Monday, cuts up the walls then decides the issue is the dishwasher, leaves a mess, charges $330 more, and did nothing but make a mess and leave holes everywhere. Didn't fix anything.
