And when the plumber arrived, he didnt wast anytime getting to work. They are hourly rated, so it was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend and plan on using them for any future needs.

Jason did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would. He was polite and personable. He was efficient and his work was high quality--everything worked exactly as it should when done. Everything was clean and tidy when he finished. There was no up-selling. He pointed out an issue that I might want to watch for in the future with a faucet cartridge but didn't make me feel pressured in any way to deal with it immediately. I was very pleased and will use Rascher again for my plumbing needs.

Apollo came early in designated time frame. He was polite, professional and efficient. Found the issue, corrected it, gave me maintenance tips and answered all my questions. We have had furnace/air conditioning system set up by them 8 years ago and this is first time needed.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Dave and Matt were outstanding! We had an electrical fire with our old water heater. Hero came out quoted several thousand more than White Bear Plumbing. We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
