I went to the showroom and arranged to have 3 minor plumbing tasks done. We discussed they charge for drive time so I specifically requested they bring all tools and supplies needed so I would only have one drive time to pay. After being here approximately 1-1/2 hours I was informed they didn't bring supplies they needed so I would need to pay a 2nd drive fee or pay them overtime ($240 per hour). Eventually we agreed they would complete the job the next time they were in the area and waive the second drive fee. I live 2-1/2 miles from the intersection of 35W and the Minnesota River. Well, it's been over a year and apparently they still haven't had any jobs in the area ( i.e., pass within a couple miles of my house enroute to Shakopee, Savage, Burnsville, Lakeville, or Elko)

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

I just bought a new home built in 1910 and it's always a bit nerve wracking to try and find great people who do great work. Rascher exceeds that bar. Jason has installed our water softener, garbage disposal, dryer vent, and has recently fixed a leak in our main plumbing stack. Everything was done very well and they do a great job explaining things to you. I will continue to call them for any plumbing needs I have.

I own Lindstrom Electric, LLC and have worked on some of the same projects with Semlak Plumbing. The quality of his work is the best I have seen and he is easy to work with. When the trades work together on projects the customer receives the best finished product.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Our water heater needed service on a Friday afternoon. I was able to speak to someone on the phone at Dan’s right away. They were at my house within 90 minutes. I was expecting cold showers all weekend- but Dans took care of the problem quickly and courteously! The technician was polite and knowledgeable.The visit was very affordable. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . Mike is friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I wouldn't call anyone else for residential plumbing work. As he explained what we needed to fix our plumbing issues, I knew I was in good hands.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Great service, very friendly and attentive. To the time to answer my questions and was very respectful of my 3 yr old and 15 yr old daughter. Helped with an emergency that was above and beyond his job and I’d recommend him and use his services again.

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.
