Lifesaver!!! I had a frozen pipe burst at 8pm and frantically started calling every plumber off Google. Some weren’t available at that hour and others had to place me on a waitlist. I called ServiceToday and within 30 minutes, Andy was at my doorstep! Nicest man ever. Happy to help and very respectful. I quickly learned he had 20+ years experience when he was able to locate the burst and fix the pipe in what seemed like 5 minutes. I used Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water to install a new sewer line at my home. They did a fantastic job and were very communicative, friendly and professional. I am very impressed with the results and would highly recommend them!

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! In March, 2020, I discovered a major venting issue in a recently purchased home. Justin was clear and thorough in his explanation and outline of work. He worked with me to let me do the wall opening and old pipe removal to keep the costs down. John and Nick completed the work quickly and professionally. Also they were able to repair a small gas leak discovered while they were on site. Project wrapped up in 2 1/2 days. I would definitely recommend the company.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time. He works fast and gets the job done very well. I recommend him to everyone.
