Bill himself was very professional , respectful and upbeat but didn't catch that there was a 20 AMP outlet less than 2 feet away so we could plug in our new over the range microwave, he wanted to replace everything and told me that we needed a new panel as well. I wasted $69. Local electrician came out within 20 minutes of Bill leaving and quoted us $100 vs $3100 that Boys Electric wanted to charge me for the same job (in essence to move an outlet). Really disappointed me because Boy's Electric was referred to us by a family friend, in the end seemed more like a con job than anything.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

My furnace failed on a Saturday night. Bill called me back within seconds after hanging up from the answering service. He was out promptly the next morning. Within about 15 minutes , hewas able to diagnose the problem and repair it. Bill gave me valuable recommendations about the remaining life of the unit and next action steps. Call me an extremely satisfied customer!!

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

Technician went straight to the problem with our furnace. Made the necessary adjustments and all is now well. I've met 3 of their staff since we moved in to our new home and all have really helpful.

Louis M. arrived early, was professional, respectful, and kind. He planned ahead and had the parts he needed with him for the job (2 toilets running after flushing.) I have used Bruce Nelson Plumbing for many years - Louis is an excellent addition to the plumbing team. What a relief to have the problem fixed! Thank you!
