Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

We called Appollo out to take a look at our Water Heater as it is 9 years old and we thought causing some rust to enter our clothes washer. He answered all our questions, was very friendly & knowledgable and therefore would call Appollo again for service.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

I LOVE Kelly Plumbing! We have used their services for the last 7 years at our home in Highland Park. We recently had to replace our water heater and Jody, their friendly office person, was able to squeeze us in this month. The guys are so friendly, easy to work with, and much cleaner than other companies we've used! I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Dave has done plumbing work at my house a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently, he installed a bathroom sink faucet and drain for a newly replaced vanity. The plumbing was a little challenging, as the new sink was offset from the drain pipe. Dave was great about communicating prior to the appointment so he was clear on what needed to be done. He came up with a good solution that was much less invasive and expensive than what another plumber had suggested/quoted to me. He walked me though what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Dave does quality work and provides a great plumbing service experience.

Jake the Plumber is the best. We came back from a 10 day vacation and were shocked to learn our whole house temperature was near frozen due to problems with the thermostat. The water tanks of all toilets were completed frozen and two shower cartridges were cracked due to ice expansion, not to mention the frozen pipes. The next day when the room temperature returned back to normal, the water in one of showers began to leak uncontrollably. Then we called Jake the Plumber on Sunday afternoon and they came in less than one hour. They quickly fixed the problem of the broken pipes in the house and performed a courtesy check to make sure all the other water pipe problems were fixed. Our family greatly appreciates the prompt work they did for us. Jake the Plumber was very nice and professional during the job and we highly recommend them for any future plumbing problems.
