Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is hard to find nowadays. Gust Plumbing beat everyone else's price and Rusty gave outstanding customer service. Pedro is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. I asked him for a record of maintenance on my address and he acted like he couldn't understand English. I then questioned why he doesn't have a record system and he babbled off some excuse that wasn't even remotely in connection. I was going to have him come out and assess the tree roots in our pipes and get a recommendation on who to use to do the yard dig but he was less than inviting. One of the most unprofessional people in the business. If you're going to go with a small business owner, don't choose this one.

The technician Brian came very quickly to fix our leaking water heater. He was very polite and information. He also informed us regarding the home care club. We would definitely recommend McQuillan Bros. to all of our friends and family.

I found out about Dave through a friend. I have had Dave to the house for two jobs and both times he did a GREAT JOB! One job he was honest about and made sure he knew it was something that I could fix MYSELF! He is a family business and he has the interest of the CUSTOMER in mind! We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Our water heater needed service on a Friday afternoon. I was able to speak to someone on the phone at Dan’s right away. They were at my house within 90 minutes. I was expecting cold showers all weekend- but Dans took care of the problem quickly and courteously! The technician was polite and knowledgeable.The visit was very affordable. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Great crew! They helped bring my house up to code for a recent fire inspection.
