We had a water leak late Friday night around 10:35pm. The water leak was coming from the fire sprinkler and from one of the light fixtures on the roof of our kitchen.and later the leak went from a trickle to a huge pour and we could not locate the source. We shut off the water main but that didn’t help, the leak continued. It became an emergency and we called over 9 24/7 emergency plumbing companies around us and none of them could come out to help for one reason or the other.The earliest time a couple of them could come was next Monday. We eventually got through to this company and Andy responded to our plea for help. He asked a lot of empathetic questions over the phone to assess the situation and asked that we shut off the main water supply and we told him we already did.The water leak had stopped by the time he arrived and he quickly got to work and investigated the situation and concluded the leak was coming from the unit next to us. He recommended and connected us to a water repair person before leaving.Andy was on time and very professional. He was conscientious and empathetic. His customer service was exceptional and consequently I recommend him and his company any day and I plan on using them for all my service needs going forward. Thanks Andy!!

Joe was dispatched quickly (on a cold December) Saturday and diagnosed our non-functional furnace. Needed a new one -he explained exactly why: no sales pitch, showed me and took pics. They took care of me with space heaters until Monday when the new furnace was installed, warm by 4pm. Thanks Joe, Max and crew.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Extremely responsive. Great customer service. I had originally called a different company when my furnace quit working in below zero weather. After being dissatisfied with the company, I called Apollo. Bill (the service technician) was terrific. He took the time to explain in plain language what the issues were with my furnace, which required replacement. He didn’t leave until we had a plan for replacing it. No waiting until someone else called me to schedule. And he was able to get my new furnace scheduled for install the following morning, less than twelve hours later. The price was reasonable, the service was impeccable. Thank you.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

They hooked up a couple of appliances for my restaurant got me permit and did a great job but, most importantly, they are honest and fair to their customers. I had a couple of other quotes for way more expensive price and for no clear reason! Will definitely use them again if I have a project:)
