Love this company. Been using them for many years. They are always on time, get the job done and never had one employee that hasn't went out of there way to provide the best service.

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Can't recommend this company and its plumbers enough! Our neighbors used them with great service and then we did. Replaced water heater in under 2 hours, the longest part was him having to wait for our old one to drain. Chris was our plumber and very personable, competent, and all-around good guy! Price was fair, comparable to Home Depot. Response time was same day for us, which I was VERY pleasantly surprised! They will be our first call if we ever need a plumber again!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). They came out quickly to help me when my hot water heater wasn't working and were great at explaining what I needed to do to troubleshoot the problem. Great, fast, and friendly service.

They came out to do an estimate. Guys we're on time,did great job, and cleaned up after themselves! Helpful in answering any questions about their work. They roughed in a basement bathroom for me for a great price. No surprises when the bill came except the offer of a discount for promt payment. WOW

Very good and friendly staff. They responded very quickly and even helped schedule our building water shut off!

Small town feel in a big city!

After watching one of their vans force a car off the road and then follow just a few feet behind another car going 55mph, I'll be getting my work done by a better company. I assume your road rage attitude carries over into poor work.

Worst experience with this company. I call to ask for a quote. Before anything I was never told of their service call fees, which I know most company has. The worker who had came out, I showed him the leak. Before going forward it would of been nice to have mentioned the cost to diagnosis the problem. I got nothing and he start to work on it. Short and simple the job took of anything 15mins to remove the handle and see it was a leaking stem. Quick tighten and that was all. He also left a dirty prints all over my tub and floor that I had to clean up after still. Overall I should have waited on other companies who communicate better with the customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
