I've enjoyed fantastic service from Blaylock since I returned to the area in 2017. They are friendly, professional, affordable and flexible to perform all the plumbing jobs I've needed.

Great work and attention to detail. Rusty and his crew were very dependable. They also provided some much-appreciated suggestions to help make the kitchen remodel go more smoothly. I highly recommend Gust plumbing!

Very professional and prompt. Dennis did nice work and even made some additional suggestions that made total sense. The only downside is it wasn't cheap (although there pricing was not outrageous given it was semi emergency service).

Pedro was very informative and professional! He completed the work and cleaned up very nicely afterwards.

Quick, attentive and quality work.

Our basement flooded and we had Bo from MSP on sight to do a diagnostic evaluation of the cause, a request from our insurance company. Bo was very patient, polite and professional. He gave us a detailed evaluation of the cause and explained and offered remedies. We had trust and confidence in his service.

He was able to diagnose the problem and get it running until my Homesmart tech comes in 3 weeks. The repair would have been over $1500 which is why I am waiting.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Mike is wonderful to work with. I had a leak that was taken care of same day-he fixed it and also made it “future proof” so if something goes wrong in the future it is easy to replace

I called Mark's recently with a water heater pilot light that was out. I had tried to re-light a few time unsuccessfully and due to the age of the water heater I though we may be in for a replacement. Called Mark and he informed me that with the recent high winds he had many calls of the same variety. Mark coached me up on some tricks of the trade to re-light the pilot and I got it fired up myself. I didn't use Mark's this time, but with his honest and professional help over the phone he will be the first call the next time we do need service. Big Thanks!

Responded promptly and was at our place within an hour to fix our garbage disposal leak. Very professional, explained the issue and offered a workable solution. Was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend the service!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Had a water pipe break late on a Sunday afternoon. Called Jake and he came and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great service, THANKS JAKE!!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
