Best Gas Furnace in Saint Paul MN

We had a leak, we thought, from our washing machine. Come to find out Jason, from Rumpca, found we had a bigger problem. He went in our crawl space & found that the bathtub drain is what caused the mess we had. The pipes were rusted ,causing the water to go through & down the wall in our family room. It caused water damage to part of a wall & part of the carpet in our family room & the crawl space. I would highly recommend Rumpca & Jason. He's very professional & courteous. Rumpca is reasonable with their pricing. They aren't out to take advantage of people. 5 stars!!!

MSP replaced my 20 yr old boiler pump and re-plumbed a few pipes for a more efficient flow. The technician was very professional and walked me through the process and asked questions when multiple options were available. Everything is back in working order and my space was left clean. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Josh was was excellent in servicing my furnace, replacing my thermostat and other items that needed attention - friendly, efficient and provided helpful tips on maintenance. I felt confident i was getting the best value and service.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). They came out to Eagan on short notice, were friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly and at a good rate. I highly recommend them!
