We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

Firstly, Andrew followed all Covid protocol throughout the entire visit. Andrew was able to quickly identify the issue with my cooling system and even show me parts of it I never knew existed… which happened to be the problem parts also.I was given many options on what the next steps were and they even offered financing for the more speedy options if I needed it. No matter what I decide to do, I for sure will be using them as a regular service from now on.*edit* after writing this, I thought about how quickly he was able to take a quick look at the system and know every single detail of every pice of the system, including the type of coolant it contains. Seriously impressive; plus, that helps me be confident in the suggestions made by Andrew, when discussing repair or replacement options.

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I called Big Dave's for some plumbing help and he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. He told me that he is only able to accept cash or check as payment and in true millennial fashion- I had neither of those. I told him I unfortunately didn't have a way to pay via cash or check and he ended up giving me a tip over the phone that allowed me to fix the issue myself. Thank you so much Dave! Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. I had an original quote from a chain company to replace my shower diverter, got a second opinion from him and he did it for less than half their quote. Very quick and clean work. Wore shoe coverings in the home. Cleaned up. Explained everything he did and pointed out precautionary measures I could take to avoid future issues there and elsewhere. Family owned. Highly recommend

They hooked up a couple of appliances for my restaurant got me permit and did a great job but, most importantly, they are honest and fair to their customers. I had a couple of other quotes for way more expensive price and for no clear reason! Will definitely use them again if I have a project:)

Technician came to my home to inspect a waterline issue. I had water leaking from a pipe in my basement ceiling. He did not access and view the pile/line and made a false report claiming it was a pre existing issue. People please dont trust them on any inspections. They are terrible. They are not certified. Dont let the apprenance fool you.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍
