Rumpca Services has always been our go to for heating and air service. They are prompt and go out of their way to be sure the job is done right.
We have been customers for almost 30 years and have Never been disappointed.
They recently updated our furnace and air conditioner. The bid was competitive and the workmanship was outstanding.

Did not appreciate his religious or political views that were not asked for

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Brad was very thorough tuning up my furnace and explained what was being checked. He even took a look in my basement when I asked him why it was cold down there. He discovered I have no cold air return in the basement and the air doesn’t move

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

Furnace/AC fan making a little noise so we thought we would call and have Cities1 come out to check it out. WOW! I guess since its so hot out they decided they can up there truck charge. $149.95 truck charge plus a minimum 1 hour charge of 68.95. $218.98 just to have them show up. Unbelievable! I asked why the prices are so high the lady says its hot out! CAN YOU SAY GOUGE? Called around and found several places with waaayyyy better pricing! A guy from Cities 1 called me back to cancel the appointment because I complained about the prices! We have way too much business and don't need yours!

Our landlord hired this company to repair our broken shower faucets. When I asked the plumber if he had an idea how long this fix usually takes + when we might be able to shower, he seemed to be visibly annoyed with my question and wouldn’t give a clear answer. We were told several hours after he left that the repairs would take place the next day during a certain time window. I took the time off work to be home, and that window came and went with no communication. We later received word the plumber couldn’t come due to another job going long—- ok no big deal stuff happens right? The plumber then set another time window for early the following morning and wouldn’t communicate when we expressed a conflict with the time. I had to cancel my home telehealth appointment due to no clear communication about his arrival. The plumber then showed up over an hour past the set window. While the job was eventually complete, he left the bathroom dirty, did a poor job caulking the fix, didn’t wipe up any of the dust or debris, left behind various trash and a tool on the floor and also just took my bathroom wash bucket with him when he left. What a weird, frustrating + disappointing experience. Would not recommend this company if this is how their technicians behave.

Dan Schiro did a fantastic job of taking care of us this weekend! We had problems throughout the day on Saturday with our furnace and he was patient and thorough in explanation and what to expect. After getting the furnace back to a possible stable configuration Saturday, the furnace went completely out later that day. He was able to track down a part and get us taken care of the next day. I feel that he went beyond the call by working tirelessly to find the part and make sure my family had a working furnace as soon as he could. Adam came out to replace pipe in basement that had leak and was on time very professional and answered all my questions and while he was there I asked if he could replace some other pipes that were corroding and he gave me a fair price and did that additional work too. I’d highly recommend Tony’s plumbing.
