Best Fixture Installed in Saint Paul MN

DO NOT USE….I would never recommend or trust these guys. I’m actually surprised they made Angies list approvals. And there first line on no hidden cost or fees is BS. Had a tech at my house last week and after playing in my furnace room for 45 minutes he invites me back and shows me on his PHONE (that had several other pictures I did NOT want to see of his online dating life) that my heat coils are cracked. He would have showed me on his camera but it conveniently broke while he was playing in my furnace…. Hmmmm so he red tags it, shuts it off and says I need a new unit. Mind you, I called because the heat in our house was not being distributed evenly (Vent Motors, were not opening and closing). So this came as a shock. After several hours of him playing in the room and on his phone he tells me that I need to invest 12-22,000 yes 22 THOUSAND $$s on a whole new unit!! The very least I can get with is 6,000 to fix the cracked coils and replace the motors ($550 apiece). After I forked over $450 dollars I was left with a giant estimate, no heat and a gut feeling I was ripped off. I called another professional for a second opinion. He walked in my furnace room, opened one door and realized a relay had been unplugged. He plugged it back in and both $500 broken motors, flipped right back on and our furnace has been running great ever since!!! I would NOT recommend these guys and would NEVER trust them again. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Dave has done plumbing work at my house a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently, he installed a bathroom sink faucet and drain for a newly replaced vanity. The plumbing was a little challenging, as the new sink was offset from the drain pipe. Dave was great about communicating prior to the appointment so he was clear on what needed to be done. He came up with a good solution that was much less invasive and expensive than what another plumber had suggested/quoted to me. He walked me though what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Dave does quality work and provides a great plumbing service experience.

Matt G came to our home right on time & did a fantastic job installing 2 new faucets. He shared helpful information re plumbing techniques & was just a really personable & friendly fella! I'll happily call Champion again & ask for Matt!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

I called AJ Alberts Plumbing at 7:30 AM after having the delivery guys of our washing machine say they could not install our washer due to corrosion on our water shut off valve. AJ plumbing said they could work us in and was there by 9:30 AM. They were very nice, informative and professional. Will keep their number for any future plumbing needs!

After watching one of their vans force a car off the road and then follow just a few feet behind another car going 55mph, I'll be getting my work done by a better company. I assume your road rage attitude carries over into poor work.
