We had backup from the laundry drain, but figured the main line may be the real problem. I booked online and the technician, Jordan 7014, was at our house within the first hour of the 4 hour window. He cleaned the main drain and the laundry drain quickly, even though he ran into quite of problem with roots in the main line. But he kept at it, until the line was cleared. He was polite and explained all that he did and made a few recommendations to prevent future problems. Thank you.
