We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

I needed the septic pumped but also knew I needed to find the big cover. Jerry explained how to find it and where to dig. I was successful. When he came to pump the lid was impossible to remove, it was going to take a lot of work and muscle. He called in his son and they teamed up for success. Once removed he cleaned everything and we put on a new cover. He inspected the entire tank and replaced one decayed baffle. I asked a lot of questions and he was more than happy to answer and explain everything. In the past I have used other companies but never got the service that Jerry provided. The other companies used a short cut of pumping thru a vent pipe. This was a very bad idea as the tank was never completely cleaned. Thanks to Jerry, I have a clean functioning septic system that will continue to provide us service for the future.

Working with Able Plumbing was great. Jake came out to talk about the project beforehand and troubleshoot a few details. He was punctual for all of our appointments and finished the work on time and within budget. I won't hesitate to call Jake again for our next plumbing project.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . It wasn’t working and they think that I have had something to do with the problems that the system has.It froze up I needed service apparently the warranty on this only applies if Apollo heating and air-conditioning wanted to apply. I bid on a certificate and got a good price but I should’ve known better. We should all know that if it looks too good to be true that it is. I did talk to a former employee who had quit and said he just couldn’t handle the unethical way they did work. ———————————————————————————Well here we go again! June 23rd and water is dripping into my house from the same location as my first post! I didn’t mention that I was charged hundreds of dollars for a service call and whatever smoke and mirrors they pulled last time. They blamed my filter which I freely admit was not as clean as the two I have used so far this year. This current filter had been in less than 5 days! This should not be happening!! I don’t want to call because I am sure they will blame it on something they will claim I did. BUYER BEWARE!!!
