This was our first experience with a major bathroom remodel and Sara at Henry Kitchen & Bath significantly eased our anxiety. She helped us with all of our selection needs, worked with us on our price goals, and really helped give us the bathroom we wanted. I thought her and Rebecca’s follow up and assistance on multiple fronts was exceptional and I would (will) use them again on some upcoming projects we are planning. I thought it was telling when the plumbers weren’t sure if a fixture would fit on our bathtub, but when they heard Sara said it would they were completely confident! Is apparently a fake business. They are using my personal residence as their office building. I demand they change their address to where they are! In Google maps they have my private home as their business. I have tried to change this on Google maps. They have denied me since I am not owner of the business. Do not do business with a place that cannot put their address business in their profile.

I can’t speak highly enough about Eddie and Mike, who were incredibly helpful when my sewer backed up into my basement. Eddie had the drain working again even though it meant he was out in the middle of the thunderstorm, and Mike got a plan in place to have my basement cleaned up by the next morning. I’m thankful for their prompt and excellent service and will come back to Roto-Rooter when I need anything in the future.

Robert J was very professional and expertly efficient. He found ways to solve problems that we encountered in my project, and explained things to me very clearly. I felt very comfortable with everything that he suggested doing. Great work, great communication!!!
