As a project manager for this company,I have alot of good experiences when i started their. As you can see by the write ups i had on my customers. how ever the front office went through many changes. Changes that were unacceptable to any company standards and project managers expectation.I was terminated or released of my duties,for numerous reasons, when i tell my customers they will be contacted in 48 to 72 hours for installation date, I had customers that werent contacted for more than 30 days, they would tell the homeowner waiting on financing paper work.Folks it doesnt take more than 24 to 48 hours for approval and if you live in Illinois a reservation took up to 72 hours.Iv had jobs that took 2 months to get installed. It also took 30 to 60 days to get my commission checks after they were installed. Any other company pays you with in 7 days.They also do not do follow installation procedures as explained by sales consultant such as combustion analyzes, efficiency report,or use nitrogen when welding these are important parts of a proper installation.I have witnessed this on some of my installations.Since I have been gone i have had numerous calls about installations and rebates information. The office has not contacted these people or responded to there needs or concerns.Pretty sad they have to call me for information.I have to call Brett the owner and inform him to get any help for my customers.I apologize to my customers this is very embarrising to me and my customers.As a consultant with 35 years of experience I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.
