Best Fixture Replacements in Saint Louis MO

I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

I had an overflowing/clogged pipe in my basement. I was able to have someone come out the same day to address the problem. He was very nice, thorough in explanation, and clearly an expert in the field of plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

I will definitely use USA Plumbing Plus again. I called for an estimate for installation of a water heater and was quoted a reasonable price. The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.

Tom was very good and professional. He quickly unclogged our drain. They are not cheap but quick and got the job done.

The initial service was good. Came out the very next day and completed all the work to get my house up to code. About 2-3 weeks later had an issue with a pipe that the plumber fixed and called to have them come back out and fix and was told when and what time they would be there. Well they never showed up, or called to tell me they weren’t coming! I called them again and they apologized and told me they would send someone out the next day. Again, they didn’t show up or call! What good is a warranty if the company doesn’t honor it or follow through on work they performed. Very disappointed and will report to the BBB.
