Woke up to a clogged sewer line in our house and called Roto-Rooter for HELP ! The dispatcher advised they would be at our home within 4 hrs and Matt #3964 showed up in less than half that time. He accessed the problem, explained it and the potential costs to me and went to work to fix the problem which was in the cleanout pipe outside the house. After removing the blockage he consulted with a master plumber with their company to advise on the best method of permanent repair.Turned out the the cost was less than the estimate ! yea ! I was impressed with Matt - he was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't waste any time in figuring out the problem and fixing it. Glenn and his assistant were on time and very professional at all times. They repaired our leaky faucet and gave us sound advice on installation of a Pressure Reducing Valve. We decided to have them do the installation during their visit. It was done quicker than expected and the two gentlemen were very professional and cleaned up when they were done.
