Best A C Unit in Saint Louis MO

Our heat went out on a frigid day in March. When I contacted Brett from JT Dunn Climate Control, he immediately tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone. He arrived at the house a short time later and I had already rectified the problem myself. He still took the time to check out the unit and offer advice. He DID NOT charge us a service fee! He is a super nice guy, very polite and easy to deal with. He definitely has our business in the future!

Needed an estimate to replace old equipment. Salesman came out to our house to discuss our options. Asked a lot of questions. Talked about the best options based on our answers. We felt he listened well and presented the best equipment for our needs. Explained the costs and benefits of the options he
presented.

I actually haven’t had a company that satisfies customer service and repairs with amazing satisfaction. I will use this company with any home mechanical issues going forward.
