My water heater died on a Sunday and they were there Monday morning with bells on with a brand new water heater. The price was reasonable it was the lowest of any of the other Quotes I received I would’ve had to wait two or three days to have my old water heater heater replaced with a new one imagine no hot water for two or three days I cannot say enough about this company. Call them first I’d give them 10 stars if I could thanks River city water heater, and plumbing. :)

I noticed a leak in our water heater and called for an estimate, which I received the same day. The installation was scheduled for the next day. Patrick and Sean arrived promptly and did an excellent job. They were very courteous and professional and demonstrated great skill throughout the process. There was also an electrician (didn’t get his name) on the team with them who was equally as professional and also provided excellent service. This company demonstrates outstanding service!

Jeff was on time for both the estimate and the day the work was done. Very professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers while in the house without asking. He installed our sink, hot water tap and faucet quickly and cleanly. He went up and beyond with the install. Would definitely recommend Jeff and the company.

The pressure valve on the house side from the water main went out. We woke up on Saturday of a 3 day weekend with no water. I called, someone came out same day, and fixed it for a very reasonable price considering. Beyond just that, the work done was exceptional. The tech pointed out the water shutoff ball valve had gone bad. There was PVC between the ball valve and pressure valve. The tech replaced it all, cleaned everything up, and used all copper. Super clean job, high attention to detail and quality work. I'm passing their info on to all our neighbors. I'd give 10 stars if it was possible!
