Steve was great! I called in the morning to have a new water heater installed. He was there in a couple hours. Changed it out the same day at a great price! He is honest and reliable. Not something you get much anymore! Call them!

We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Not only did they do an amazing job but were competitive with others we received quotes from.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office. I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. None the less, very responses and professional. Great job Shields Plumbing!

I don’t normally write reviews but I think Water Heater Pros deserves a huge shout out. I called them about 4:40 last night and spoke with Jeanette who was awesome in providing information and she gave me a flat quote (no hidden fees!!). I found out her shift was about to end in 10 mins toward the end of the call but she assured me that she will follow through to make sure I have an appointment the next day. I received a call from Steve (owner) within 15 mins. Steve was also super helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive. The next day, Chris, the electrician show up on time in a professional van. He was very kind, and professional. I found out he worked in the company for 22 years! He was excellent and his workmanship was precise. Next to arrive was Andrew the water heater technician, he called ahead to confirm his arrival. Andrew was super helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions as he work. He is a hard worker who took pride in a job well done. I am glad to have come across this honest company and their amazing staff. I happily recommend their service to everyone. Thank you Water Heater Pros, you guys are a gem!!!

Jeff was awesome. He was professional, responsive and his expertise was obvious. He completed the job ahead of schedule and his bid was much less than that of a major plumbing chain (starts with a R).

We had a tricky underground pvc leak caused by tree roots. Domco techs repaired with utmost professionalism and efficiency. They also replaced two service valves and pressure regulator on the main line from the street to our house and property. They came prepared and were knowledgeable and definitely skilled to solve our problems and we highly recommend them.

Ted just switched a hose bibb at my house and not only was he VERY reasonably priced, he's very hones, personable, and straight forward. I will be recommending him to ALL of my friends and family in the area.
