Val and Golden Valley Plumbing were recommended to me by my contractor during a full kitchen remodel. We had a pipe break with roots in the main line. We got 3 quotes from other companies recommending a drain re-route. Val was the most knowledgeable, had the lowest quote, and finished in a single day. Val and Arthur did quality work, came on time, and they were extremely professional. I called them out again to repair the gas line to my oven (100 year old bent pipe problems). Ernesto came out & diagnosed the problem quickly. He got the part replaced very quickly & got cool air coming into my 83 yr. old mother's house. Unfortunately she has other issues w/her system that will need to be addressed & we will have to deal w/later. Ernest was very professional, patient & informative. He was explained all that needs to be done w/the system & what our options are. He wrote a thorough estimate for future recommendations regarding the HVAC & discussed service plan options w/us. He gave us enough information to make an informed decision going forward.
