I called this company to come check the plumbing under my house and cable my shower drains. He said that under the house was fine and was unable to remove the screws from the shower drain to cable it. My husband removed the screws in 10 seconds. I called a different company for the under the house issue. Turns out there is a major problem. I will no longer give this company my business

He provided a quote with a reasonable price right away, had the part and was able to fix it then and there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any plumbing or drain repairs. Paul, the owner and operator of Abe Lincoln plumbing is by far the best contractor I've ever had work at my home. He was punctual, thorough and communicated with me what my plumbing issues were. Paul and his employees were respectful of my home and time. I have a family of 5 with 3 kids under the age of 6 so when the plumbing completely stops working time is important and he had us back and running in 1 day, when he initially said it would take 2 days. To be clear we didnt have a simple clog,the main sewer pipe collapsed due to a root; needless to say it was not an easy job. He worked until 9:30 pm to beat the deadline he gave me in the initial estimate and he wouldn't take payment until the job is 100% complete and as I'm writing this I have still not paid him in full because the county has not come out to check the work. He is a perfectionist even if that means making a run to Home depot to buy a part at 8:45 pm; he simply won't do so so work. If you're like me and want to shake the hand of the man who owns the company working on your home and want the owner to be physically present through the duration of the job than Paul at Abe Lincoln plumbing is the guy you want. He's personable and manages expectations, he's not going to tell you the level of problem you have before he knows what he's actually dealing with AND his prices are fair.

Called them on a Saturday and Pedro had someone call me back immediately to come out. He showed up within the hour and was here for some time assessing our problem. He was very nice and professional. They got a crew out the next business day to perform the actual work. The crew did a good job and did not have to do as much dismantling to the bathroom as initially thought, which was awesome and also saved $$. Would recommend this company.
