Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

Dmitriy & his son are great! I went on Home Advisory filled in what I wanted and less than ten minutes later Dmitriy called. It was late evening and he was still willing to stop by and give me a free estimate.

Dmitriy looked at the problem gave me estimate which was right in line with what the internet pricing research guide said it should be. After talking with Dmitriy I didn't feel the need to go through the process of getting more estimates so gave him the job.

Dmitriy and his son showed up the next morning went under the house and completed the job. Both were very knowledgeable, showed me what was fixed, inspected other pipes while in the crawl space @ (no extra charge) and didn't find any other issues (always nice to hear)

Dmitriy wears covers on his shoes, lay tarp wherever they are working and clean up before they leave. I have a old house, old pipes so I will have them back just to do yearly inspections. Good customer service plumbers are hard to locate.

I called this company, on a recommendation from Facebook, on a Monday night at 8:30PM in absolute desperation. I left a message on the voicemail. To my surprise, I received a call back from Val within an hour. I have Kitec plumbing and it had sprung a leak. If you know anything about Kitec, you know it's a nightmare. Val told me to send him some pictures of my situation. I did and we corresponded for the next hour. He gave me a quote through text, detailing on my photo I sent him what would need to be done to repair it. He told me he could be there the next morning at 10:00. I can not say enough good things about this company and this man. My husband and I both were so incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and skills. His communication was excellent. He arrived on time and kept us informed of the repair every step of the way. He spent the entire day fixing my leak and his original quoted price never changed. He is a perfectionist and very skilled at what he does. A very pleasant person to deal with, a true gentleman, and very respectful. I will not hesitate to use this company again. I'm very thankful.

Daniel and Fig's plumbing were highly recommended to me from a good friend who is a rel estate agent. Very responsive, on time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a backup in my guest bath shower and sink. They came quickly and resolved it in a timely manner. They replaced two toilets. There was a miscommunication about one of the toilets because there are three in the house. Daniel personally went the extra mile and returned to the dump to retrieve the toilet. They came after I submitted a claim with my warranty company. The appointment time was 3-5pm and the man came at 1:30. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. He did absolutely nothing and charged me $85 for the warranty copay. Do not trust this company! He did absolutely nothing! Did not touch anything, did not come inside, did not touch a pipe...literally nothing. He then sent a report to my warranty company and they denied the claim, leaving me out $85. He also threatened my husband and I that our home is old and the pipes are going to burst soon and we will be out tens of thousands of dollars. I tried to contact them today to get my deposit back, to no answer and no return phone call.
