I needed quotes for installing the Pelican water filtration/conditioner system that I purchased from the manufacturer. I posted my requirement via the Yelp website and Golden Valley Plumbing was one of the first to respond within a couple of hours. I checked their website and I noticed that they have installed the same brand/system that I purchased. The person that I dealt with initially has a pleasing personality over the phone and that was a good start. After meeting Val, i knew I made the right decision to choose Golden Valley Plumbing. I presented Val what/how/where I needed the system placed. He made recommendation that made more sense without costing me arms & legs. Val and Arthur team-up to do the installation. Golden Valley pricing was very competitive and their workmanship was very well done, I was happy with the end result. I would use them again for plumbing services and would recommend them to family, friends, and whomever would have a chance to read my post.

I called with an emergency as my shower handle broke while the shower was running. I had water pouring out and needed a plumber ASAP. They came out in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Everything was relatively fine until they replaced my handle. I had a nice handle before and it was replaced with an absolutely ridiculous knob... it's not even close to comparable. After paying $650 (which seemed high) to have the knob replaced, I now have to buy my own replacement and try to install it myself. I can't keep this hideous alternative. I was told the brand I had was hard to find, but I'm frustrated that there was no communication or attempt to talk about options or what replacement I would like instead. I spent too much money to now have to deal with this myself. At least I don't have the water running and that was done expeditiously, so I appreciate that.

Highly recommend this service. If you need a plumber, he's the guy. I would definitely use his service again.

Pocket Plumbing is excellent. I can't recommend them enough. We had David come yesterday to replace our water heater that had broken and leaked everywhere. He did a great job. We have several plumping issues, we bought this home in 2015 and were told at the time the galvanized pipes needed repipeing. After David replaced the water heater he went around the house with us (at our request) and checked things out and made recommendations and went over their process with us. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience and I have to highlight Ahlisa who spoke with me on the phone and countless texts during and after our job, letting us know what to expect and answering questions.
