Very professional and thorough.

Overpriced. Charged me $250 for 15 minutes to unclog my drain. Left a mess. There was dirty footprints and water all over my kitchen floor. Forgot to turn my water back on for my dishwasher. It ran with no water twice until I realized the valve was still off.

I contacted Miracle Works Plumbing and Drain to perform service on my tankless water heater, as I hadn’t had it serviced in over 5 years. The day before the appointment, I received an email confirmation. The next morning, I was promptly met by Jeff, who was wearing a face mask and plastic boots and he was ready to work.

When I took him to the water heater we noticed that there appeared to be a leak, as it was much more than the typical amount of water due to condensation. He did a thorough inspection, contacted Rheem and was told that the system needed replacement. Fortunately, it was still under warranty, so Jeff made all of the arrangements and rescheduled an installation date.

On install day, Jeff contacted me to let me know that the manufacturer sent an internal tankless system as opposed to an external, and it was going to be shipped up from Bakersfield. He apologized profusely for the shipment error and stated that he would wait until he had the tank in his possession before rescheduling and would make it a priority. Keep in mind, that I was never out of hot water, so it wasn’t anything urgent, but Jeff made it his top priority.

Less than 48 hours later, I have a newly installed tankless water heater that is also up to current Yolo County code with the addition of an expansion tank.

All in all, the company did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment.

I called early Sunday - New Year's Day 01/01/2023 AM and spoke to Brandon about my water heater not working.

After listening to my report - and asking a few questions - Brandon indicated my pilot light was out.

He then walked me carefully (and patiently) thru the steps needed for pilot lite relighting.

He was calm, cool, confident and clear of speech.

I'm a 20 years Navy vet........I'd go to sea with him anytime.

Although the job ended up unexpectedly taking an extra day, everyone was very courteous and put in extra effort to solve the problem. Was also given a discount where other companies would very likely have charged more. Would highly recommend.

Customer service and communication was absolutely awesome. They fit us in to their busy schedule and we’re able to come out same day. We used this company couple of times and we don’t ever plan on changing them. They were able to detect and fix problem same day. Good quality service, we highly recommended.

Boyd Plumbing came to replumb our entire home. Sonny had been to the house a few weeks ago to repair a leak in the master shower. We then had another leak in the spare bathroom shower. We asked about just replacing the entire house. The cost was VERY reasonable, the same as our neighbor paid with someone else a few years ago. Sonny and Jacob came and were so polite, respectful of our home and our schedule. I am a real estate agent and needed a plumber for one of my clients and Sonny showed up. He did a great job and the cost was more than reasonable. They not only do the job they were asked but make sure there are on other problems lurking (I don't crawl under homes). My kitchen skink backed up and we could not get it to drain. Called Andrew and he was able to make it out to Lincoln the same afternoon to take a look. Maybe 30min later he was done and the sink was draining perfectly. Super quick, professional, and left no mess behind.
