Been needing to share how great this family run business is. I had a bit of an emergency, but I understand all plumbing issues tend to be emergencies. 😉 Fig's happened to be the first place I called and Daniel was kind enough to add my house as a last stop even though he already had a long day of work and had to finish the next morning. Sacramento Repipe and Plumbing recently completed repiping our home and we couldn't be more pleased. All of the workmen were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Chris and his other plumber replaced all of our steel pipes with PEX. His estimate came in lower than other companies and we had a good review from a friend, so we went forward with him. We were extremely happy with the resultant increase in water pressure in our house. House work is never straightforward, there’s always a hiccup somewhere, and we felt comfortable with Chris navigating us through those when they came up, he respected our house and our budget. He understood what we wanted and gave us exactly that. He was respectful of our house, good with our pets, and was very polite and friendly during work. Honestly, it felt like having two of our friends fix our house! Absolutely would call again for any other work. Thanks Chris!

These guys never called me back. I went with Bonney instead, and they were awesome. They had someone out here and the leak in the pipe (which was in a wall and tricky to get to) repaired in under 4 hours.

This is the worst company!!! they have great employees, however, the owner and management are shady!! They don't respect our military personnel or their employees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

Very honest staff

I was having a very bad month. My washing machine broke on me so I went to Lowe's and bought a new one. The next morning it was shipped to my house and installed by there technicians. The next day I woke up to flooding in my house. It really made me sympathize for the people that were in the path of the hurricane. I got on the phone with a couple of plumbers that wanted to charge to much and would take to much time. Luckily I called Absolute and the response time was quick. Kareem the plumber came to my house as a savior. I didn't know what was going on, but Kareem quickly identified the problem. The drain pipe for the washer( I don't know if I'm calling it right) was stuffed improperly into the exit drain. (Still don't know the proper words) basically it was the technitions fault that Lowe's sent me. Kareem gave me a good price to do the job properly. He helped me save my dry wall and wood from molding. The plumber fixed the problem professionally in a timely manner. He gave me a recipt then told me to go to Lowe's where I can get my some money back. After drying up my house from the flood, I went to Lowe's the next day and was able to get a refund for the damages there technitions caused me. I would like to personally thank Kareem for his professionalism and saving the day. If I am ever in a plumbing emergency I will call Absolute Rooting.
